WHO ARE QUALIFIED
- Must be currently and directly involved, and with at least

function) - Must be a degree holder
HOW TO EARN THE TITLE
- Submit registration requirements
- Enroll in the review sessions
- Take and pass the examination
- Apply for certification
HOW TO APPLY FOR CERTIFICATION
- Fill out the application form
- Secure a copy of the Exam Score Report
- Secure a Certificate of Employment
- Have a copy of latest diploma or transcript of records
(Undergraduate or Post-graduate) - Submit accomplish forms & Documents for processing
of certification (with a fee)
