  • Fill out the application form
  • Secure a copy of the Exam Score Report
  • Secure a Certificate of Employment
  • Have a copy of latest diploma or transcript of records
    (Undergraduate or Post-graduate)
  • Submit accomplish forms & Documents for processing
    of certification (with a fee)
